Spiders are not insects. They belong to a separate group called arachnids, which also includes scorpions. A spider’s body is divided into two parts linked by a narrow waist. Funnel-Web Spider:

Funnel web spiders are mainly found in Australia. Some species of Funnel web spiders produce venom which is dangerous to humans. Funnel web spiders are medium to large in size with body lengths ranging from 1 to 5 cm (0.4 to 2.0 in). Funnel web venom is lethal because it contains a type of neurotoxin called delta-hexatoxin. They are aggressive spiders that are black in color, the front of their bodies shiny and hairless and their abdomens black or dark plum in color.

Black Widow Spider:

Black widow are mainly found in United States. Black widow typically hide in sheltered, dimly lit locations such as garages, dark corners, basements, closets and cluttered areas. Black widows body lengths ranging from 3 to 10 mm in size. Females are larger than males. Black widow spider bites can be dangerous but fatal bites are rare. Black widow spider bites often are painful right away. After a bad bite, severe pain can start in a couple of hours. Pain can be treated.

Yellow sac spider are mainly found in Eastern United States. It is normally an outdoor spider but will readily enter and breed inside homes and other buildings. The yellow sac spider body length ranging from about 5 to 10 mm for both males and females. Yellow sac spiders are very aggressive house spiders in the world. They are mildly venomous to humans. Their bites are painful but its not deadly. In most cases, a bite from a yellow sac spider will do little more than create a small, red welt with a mild necrotic center.

Tarantula Spider:

Tarantula Spider are mainly found in United State of America. Despite their fearsome appearance, tarantulas are not threatening to humans. Their are at least more than 1,000 species identified of tarantulas. Some of the more common species have become popular in the exotic pet trade. Tarantula sizes can range from small to as large as a dinner plate when the legs are fully extended. the body length of tarantulas ranges from 0.180 to 4.33071 in (5 to 110 mm), with leg spans of 8–30 cm (3–12 in). All tarantulas are venomous and some bites cause serious discomfort that might persist for several days. Tarantulas give some people the creeps because of their large, hairy bodies and legs. But these spiders are harmless to humans (except for a painful bite).

Patu Marplesi Spiders:

Patu Marplesi are mainly found in Samoa. Patu Marplesi is the smallest known spider. It measures only 0.46mm long. The patu marplesi spiders are one of the harmless spiders that are also the smallest of all the spiders. They are not harmful to humans.

Huntsman Spiders:

Huntsman spiders are mainly found in Asia. They are also prevalent in Africa, Australia and South America. Huntsman Spiders sizes can range from 25 to 35 cm(9.8in to 11.8 in). They are also called giant crab spiders because of their size and appearance. Larger species prefer to live in woody places (forests, mine shafts, woodpiles, wooden shacks). Huntsman spiders have an unusual leg, Huntsman spiders aren’t nearly as hairy as tarantulas, which look like very scary puffballs with legs.

Pirate Spiders:

Pirate spiders are mainly found in forests all around the globe, and also found in central and Tropical South America. Pirate spiders can range from 2.4 to 2.6 mm male and female can range from 3.0 to 3.4 mm. When their prey comes to investigate, they are instead captured and eaten. Some pirate spiders have been observed to feed on insects as well. Pirate spiders venom is toxic towards other spiders, but not towards other animals or humans.
